As posted the Putinist/Communo-Fascist wing of MAGA is losing or has indeed lost its grip on US foreign policy.
The reason undoubtedly has more to do with the political survival of individual Congress members than any deeper reasoning.
I'm expecting a rubber stamp from the Senate.
