US Congress members may not read this particular thread but many of them foolishly base their views and policies on what they read in threads such as this one.
Forms of words and observations jump between platforms.
Putin certainly lacks the capacity he needs ATM but if Congress had failed to support Ukraine he would have opportunity to rebuild capacity. Putin's losses will now push back his capacity to rebuild his forces by some years.
Importantly I don't see this war as just a military one. It's a hybrid war and Putin's political assets in the US have just suffered a major defeat.
Maybe it's time for you to reconsider what side you are on.
