Both sides have suffered severe losses. Amongst it all Putin's elite forces are just as vulnerable as Mobiks to drones and artillery.
Ukraine will maintain a significant attritional advantage of a defenders for as long as Putin's attempted assault waves continue.
US support will reduce Putin's glide bomb advantage IMO.
F16s will deliver a slight advantage over the MIG 29s Ukraine operates due to better radars.
