this image is exactly my point, the inflated figures on artillery shell production in Russia are figures quoted from the Russian military. (Reuters) Why else would they be begging North Korea for shells????? They sure aren't running low compared to Ukraine though but Even Russian military rations are too old to eat. The reality is very different. They have fake bullet proof vests and their inventory of explosives was sold on the black market and substituted with fake items. The corruption in Russia is laughable
