These Abrams are dumbed down ie do not have the latest tech. The US does not want the Russians getting their hands on them and reverse engineering them.
The Russians just captured a top of the line Leopard 2 intact and that is now its destiny ie to be examined and then sent to the tank mueseum and put in the section with other Nazi tanks. You just got to laugh, everyone is a nazi these days,
