Yes, I am aware military infrastructure are legitimate targets. Hospitals still are not. These strikes on civilian targets are part of the reason why 4 from Putin's dictatorship, including Putin himself, are wanted war criminals. Just FYI, no one from the democratically elected Ukrainian government are wanted war criminals.

The pro Kremlin propaganda has been saying since day 1 of Putin's 3 day war that it's over for Ukraine. Putin is now in his 3rd year of not accomplishing a single objective. But let the pro Kremlin propaganda tell you otherwise.
