If Biden really wants to stop Ukraine hitting Oil Refineries, he would have attached a string to the aid package. He hasn't. Hitting refineries instead of oil rigs will not have that much of an impact on inflation anyway.
Local oil price is hitting the street bloke harder in Russia than in US right now. Zelensky is doing a favour to Putin in that sense as the population get poorer, carting meat waves to Ukraine become easier as $5000 become a life changer to many until they disappear. Poorer Russia also will let Putin part with his sinful life sooner.
