Minsk 2 had russia withdrawing it's troops from eastern Ukraine and dismantling the militias - they were never prpeared top then - do you serioiusly imagine they would now ????
or are you only thinking of the items of Minsk2 relating to Ukraines obligations ?
we don't have to guess about russian objectives as they've been stated several times ......including demilitarising Ukraine and removing the elected government . russia has also CLAIMED four oblasts apart from Crimea .....it would seem logical that another of their objectives is to try and capture what they have claimed ..... if not the claimning would make np sense as wopuld the war still continuing .
