Zelensky had a peace initiative before he was elected into government back in 2019.
That peace initiative (which the Kremlin was happy with by the way) was sabotaged by a bunch of western-sponsored far-right muppets that protested against it.
Then there was another peace initiative in 2022. A provisional agreement was signed. Then Ukraine decided to go along with NATO's fairy-tale promises, and abandoned the peace negotiations.
Zelensky and his team can't be trusted to make the right decision as far as peace goes. They have a history of sabotaging peace and continuing war. Just what their western masters want them to do.
