That is an unsubstantiated statement, that is rooted in your misunderstanding of how the real world works. "...russia are a rogue nation because they don't respect other countries borders and because they encourage world conflict ..." So if Russia is a rogue state, than if we apply that same measure to US, what would you label US as? Over 1,000 military bases all around the world. Over 200 military interventions since 1991. Dozens of officially documented government overthrows (even more that haven't been officially recognised and even more attempts that failed). Off-shore jails, off-shore torture facilities, clandestine CIA bases all over the place (including 12 CIA bases in Ukraine since 2016 at least). Global spy networks, that the US government uses to spy on it's own citizens. Global censorship network. And all of that is just the tip of the iceberg. We can talk about US's funding of various radical movements that ended up turning into massive terrorist organisations. We can talk about economic-hitmen. We can talk about many things. Your "Russia is a rogue state" narrative is laughable.

Pointing out all the "rogue state" things you think the US has done is not a defense of Russia's actions, that is called whataboutism. It is a tacit admission that you know what Russia is doing is wrong but you just try to deflect attention away from it. Interesting defense.
