    And it's the worst in the developed world.

    Putin wastes EUR 267m everyday on his failed war against Ukraine. If he spent that EUR 267m every day on the Russian universal healthcare system, would it be better for ordinary Russian? I think so. Does killing Ukrainian children make the lives of ordinary Russians better? I don't think so.
