Ukraine will rebuild with the help of western tech and materials and will be paid for mostly by confiscated Russian assets.
Putin on the other hand will have no western tech, materials or support that his refineries depend on leading to inferior repairs and more ongoing issues, on top on having to pay for these repairs himself.
Another strategic loser moment for Putin.
