Al of these statements are just insignificant, inconsequential and ineffective distractions from the simple heart of the matter.
The heart of the matter is Putin wants to control Ukraine. That is his objective.
He failed to gain control politically in 203 with his bribe to take Ukraine away from the EU.
He then invaded in 2014 to take control of Ukraine by force. He furthered that invasion in 2022 when that original invasion failed to produce the results he desired. He has failed at that too.
