Yanukovych planned his departure while in office, it took him two attempts to leave Ukraine after being prevented by border guards once. Not the actions of a man committed to his presidency.
He voluntarily abandoned his presidency. Fact.
Neither the EU nor the US made these choices for hm.
Neither the EU nor the US made him abandon the EU association agreement.
These series of poor decisions were those of Yanukovych alone.
The unconstitutional situation was created by his departure. Holding early general elections as Ukraine did mere months after Yanukovych abandoned the presidency was the best way to handle the unconstitutional situation Yanukovych created.
Simply because you disagree with and are unhappy with what really happened does not make it unsubstantiated.
There was no coup.
