The constitutionality, or not, of what happened AFTER Yanukovych abandoned his presidency is not the point, he had already made the decision himself.

The free and fair general elections Ukraine held months after Yanukovych abandoned the presidency and fled to Russia solved all such issues.

Ukraine remains a free independent democracy.

IMO , Crimea shoudl be given the right of a proper poll .....original residents not russ migrants since 2014 to see where they do want to be ....Ukraine or rusisa

these people voted strongly for a Ukrainian republic in 1991 .....not against it !
putins so called polls all stink to high heaven ......the wrold all agrees on that !
