Yes I know. That is the problem. Yanukovych abandoned the presidency and there is no article in the constitution to describe the situation Yanukovych created. We have established that, we can move on from this point.
So what does "FOLLOW THE CONSTITUION" say how should Ukraine have handled the actions taken by Yanukovych in 2013\2014?
I've sked the same question several times of several different posters and yet not a single answer beyond pushing pro Kremlin lies and propaganda about Ukraine not following the constitution.
