Simple. Ask a chief medical official you can control to declare him unfit for work and follow the constitution for the procedure of appointing the acting one of someone within your group. There is numerous ways to get what you want without violating the constitution and yet you chose the worse way that would have horrid precedence for many generations to come. I question the political IQ of the entire East Slavs people, Ukrainians and Russians combined.
