well , really should've been cut , reasonable expectation but wasn't expressed as a certainty ......either Ukraine lacked the resources or someone stuffed up or a combination of both
Ukraine are definitely in a bad place at present and it is plainly obvious why that is maybe another 4 - 6 weeks of losing ground until the resupply starts to feed through to the front ......nor do I expect any appreciable ammount to come back this year trump /Johnson + the inability of allies to supply shells will have an enduring legacy
