but putin invaded Ukraine .....he lied aboput going to JUST BEFORE HE DID IT .....he is definitely not in any way to be trusted
any agreement between the two countries cannot be based on TRUST ...... has to have penalties for breaking that agreement .....has to have outside influences supporting it with force.......because putins word has been broken MANY times* and is worth NOTHING !
