that is a complete fabrication .........there was no thought of this prior to the invasion and hence is no excuse for the invasion you need to support these ridiculous pro russ assertions ......but of course you can't becaise they are FAR far from true !
NATO has always been about keeping russia inside her own borders and rthat's why putin hates them .
