NATO Secretary General Stoltenberg said that he does not expect an agreement on Ukraine’s membership at the alliance’s summit in Washington this summer.
When the time is right, Ukraine will immediately become a NATO member, he added.
In other words, Ukraine will never become a NATO member. Because the time will never be right enough.
