So you agree that the positioning of Nukes close to enemy is important.
Now how would you feel if NATO Nukes were aimed at you and your family and that NATO wanted to position its Nukes even closer to you and your family to ensure a first strike advantage .
The answer is too de-nucke and find a more civilised way to resolve international disputes... not more nukes and more deadly means of delivering them....That's madness!
