Why not go back to 2013 (rather than a 18 mos ago) when war could have been avoided. But given the outcome, those making decisions then for the country obviously didn't know what they were doing ; either that or the had a seeming complex.
We live in a scientific world where the main judgement criterion is outcome/consequences.
So if you were a Ukrainian and given the choice: (a) A Ukraine now similar to the Ukraine pre 2013 (b) A Ukraine such as it is now
We all make mistakes including Governments but the wise first of all admit the mistake and then set about remedying it? Mugs can't identify/admit the mistake so there is no remedy.
