Germany and Europe in general are phasing out fossil fuels anyway .....this will give incentive to speed the process .
No more good deals for rusisa now in Europe .....much less gas and oil being sold west and rusisa are forced to take whatever deal China offers them and the Chinese bargain hard !
Just one more result for putin from his ill oncieved short war that wasn't short .
