Among MANY other agreements never honoured by the Kremlin. But sure, after hundreds of years of never honouring agreements they'll be trustworthy now lol
Funnily enough, I think the only agreement the Kremlin ever honoured was their non aggression pact and their alliance with Nazi Germany.
