I talk about Putin's monumental failure in Ukraine and the losses he has suffered for such a failure and that he will never accomplish a single objective which means I am saying Putin has already lost.
Best solution is Putin ends his failed war.
Putin was never serious about those negotiations, Putin refused to meet with Zelensky, Putin suffered a major strategic defeat on the battlefield around Kyiv, the massacre of innocent civilians by Russian forces were uncovered, Russians kept making new demands, the negotiations collapsed.
So no Boris, nor anyone else prevented Ukraine from surrendering, sorry "peace" negotiations in 2022. I am sorry that the evolution of the situation on the battlefield and discussions between Russia and Ukraine at that time is too complicated for you to understand beyond the pro Kremlin lies and propaganda slogan of "Boris wrecked peace negotiations".
Blaming the victim is never the solution.
