    “RAND Corporation breaks down its funding by source on its website. According to RAND, of its $356.2 million revenue for fiscal year 2022, a majority came from the federal government: $62.1 million came from the Office of the U.S. Secretary of Defense and other national security agencies, $55.7 million came from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and related agencies, $54.3 million came from the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), $47.4 million came from the U.S. Air Force, $41.8 million came from the U.S. Army, and $11.6 million came from other federal agencies.
