Putin built up forces around Ukraine for over a year and refused to even talk to Zelensky prior to his further invasion in 2022.
Not the actions of a man who was interested in "peace".
Putin neer had any intention of negotiating, he chose war, not Zelensky's fault he was naïve to think he could work with such a dishonest dictator like Putin.
Sorry to blow apart your "blame the victim" narrative but the only person responsible for Putin's unjust and unprovoked war on Ukraine is Putin.
