There's a change of NATO leadership due in September and IMO
changes to this war will likely happen then .
There's a growing concern in Western Europe (not so much in ex-Warsaw Pact countries)
that the cost of this war is simply too much given that Germany (the EU powerhouse) and
the UK are in Recession with the prospect of the other 2 biggies , France & Italy, following.
To that end, the Farmers revolt in Western Europe is merely the tip of the iceberg, IMO.
The altruism required of EU member stated is only temporary because one does not
have to be Einstein to know that self interest (and particularly Economic self interest)
is the foundation of Capitalism.
