but it's high order foot shooting by putin ......about as smart as knocking off Litvenenko ....... designed to convince Brits what utter bastards the russ are and the govt are doing the right thing to support Ukraine

A country unintimidated by hitlers blitz certainly isn't going to be intimidated by these token gestures .
Similar story with the little annoyances inflicted on Scandanavian countries lately ...... actually counterpoductive for putin and pretty dumb !
