The CIA didn't make Yanukovych abandon the EU association agreement
No he got what he thought was an even better deal from Russia - maybe he would have lost the next election if he was unpopular!
The US could not allow that election to proceed in an orderly way and risk a uniting president with closer ties to Russia dashing their plans and NGOs and CIA trained the opposition groups to rachet up protests recruiting and training hard right militants to cause trouble at the peaceful political protest.


The CIA didn't help Yanukovych hire armed thugs to harass and assault protestors
This is debateable - somebody sent snipers to shoot both protestors and police and trigger violence and chaos in the capital

The CIS didn't help Yanukovych introduce silly anti protest laws into the Ukrainian parliament
He did what he thought was the best option to end the chaos

The CIA didn't make Yanukovych murder over 100 protestors
No they perhaps did that themselves? Who were the snipers? Did Yanokovic order the murders - I assume there was a murder trial? No? Hmmm?

The CIA didn't help Yanukovych plan an escape from Ukraine
No they just helped the right wing armed groups to make it unsafe for him to remain in the capital and when he was in Kharkiv for one day the successful coup happened in the Rada

The CIA didn't help Yanukovych to flee into Russia
