With all that wealth 1/3 Russian population live without running water and in-house toilets. Instead of enriching its population, Russian mission is to destroy others and steal their wealth.

With all that disadvantages, UKR is holding Russia, hitting them hard, probably will chase them out.

The reality is Russia is becoming a vassal state of China both economically and politically. This will be deeply unpopular with the Russian population that are mostly overly nationalistic. This is because Russia is screwed and now militarily dependent on North Korea and Iran. Russia will totally implode quite soon.
