Sorry but the Rada didn't follow any consitutional process and didnt have the numbers present due to the violent nationalists calling the shots in Kiev many were absent that Saturday which was not a sitting day. The election one month later was after civil war had broken out and the President had not formally been removed but hey the coup was successful, at least now they don't hold elections while there is a national state of emergency so there has been some constitutional improvement. I would not put it past the CIA to use political divisions to do a Maidan 2 on Zelensky if he doesnt follow orders
