well it's not true .....Ukraine actually have done an audit of the military and found many groups who have been trained and never fought yet there isn't much disparity in numbers between Ukraine and russia .....but sometimes seems so partly because Ukraine rotate more frequently through the front line and at any one time more resting soldiers ....but the actual army numbers are similar
