    For the second time in two months, the commander of the Kharkov group of the Armed Forces of Ukraine was replaced. Yuri Galushkin was replaced by Brigadier General Mikhail Drapaty. This was reported by the RBC-Ukraine agency.

    Everything is going according to plan I guess.
