As you often do, fundamental context and critical facts have been deliberately omitted from your “evidence” in support of the Kremlin “coup” lie.

Protestors were only able enter government buildings AFTER Yanukovych’s security forces had abandoned their positions. Yanukovych’s security forces only abandoned their positions AFTER finding out Yanukpvych had abandoned Kyiv and started his pre-arranged and premeditated escape out of the Ukraine. For the 3 months duration of protests, no government buildings were occupied, no government buildings in any other cities were occupied.

There was no risk to Yanukovych’s life regardless of any threats made. This is quite a feeble point in support of the Kremlin “coup” lie.

Holding a televised interview claiming to still be the president when you are in the middle of executing a pre-planned and premeditated escape plan, after remaining uncontactable to authorities, after not notifying authorities of your whereabouts and having one exit attempt prevented, means all claims to be president are null and void as this is simply abandonment of official duty in every sense of the word. This is the critical fundamental reason why there was no coup, Yanukovychs decisions and actions were his alone, all voluntary of his own making.

All your points regarding legality and constitutionality from here are simply immaterial and are also immaterial in support of the Kremlin “coup” lie due to the fact that Yanukovych had planned his escape out of Ukraine, was executing that plan and all the legal/constitutional issues were created AFTER decisions made and actions taken by Yanukovych himself.

Yanukovych abandoned the presidency voluntarily as a result of his own poor decisions made and his even worse actions taken.

    There was no coup.
