no indeed ......the condition of demilitarisation would leave Ukraiune helpless the next time russia invaded and effectively put Ukraine under the direct control of the puppetmaster putin
also an agreement required to break all ties with the west ---- same intent ---- to make Ukraine defenceless
and removal of the present (elected) governement

Only a fool could accept these conditions and simply TRUST that russia wouldn't invade again when you know damned well they would if their edicts weren't obeyed .
