True to their reputation of being the most corrupt country in Europe, Ukraine has been taking the billions of dollars the idiots in the US, Europe and Australia have been handing them and pocketing it. I'm not surprised but I'm also sure the Ukraine/USA trolls that are here every day have some bs excuse or just blame Russia.
