There were two pipelines........was it 2011 that NS1 was put into operation? Why do you choose to deflect from this fact?
Even as the corrupt and controlled US and unelected EU grubs were scheming to blow up the pipelines, so NS2 was still not in use due to maintenance......and, if I recall correctly, so that was called "unacceptable Russian control of Germanys energy supplies" by Western conspiracists therefore certifying or otherwise was / is a moot point.........and the reason being.......
