Of course it would be their fault, and it would equally the fault of the US and NATO, who keep deliberately fuelling this conflict and deliberately inflaming the rhetoric, to shut off any chance of negotiations or peace talks. But above all that, world war is the product of a bankrupt system, of a world divided into competing nation states, of the attempt by the US to be the dominant global superpower.
