Correct. The special forces were ‘ cleaning’ the area since Russians withdrew and the Ukrainian civil authorities were allowed to enter the town. Those special forces had an exclusive access to the area. Fresh blood stains on the bandages of the killed civilians were very suspicious.

Not saying that the Russians did not kill some civilians, but to complete blame them for the 100s killed, when the Ukrainian special forces were actively hunting and killing the perceived accomplices after entering the town, is wrong.
