The person in the video does not say who killed them, the video that is dated April 1st is part of the video and photographic evidence that emerged on April 1st. These are the first people to enter Bucha after the Russians left. Does not leave much to the imagination as to who is responsible for these killings now does it.
This date stamped video shows that you are trying to be deliberately untruthful by saying the earliest evidence of war crimes were on April 4th.
No need to just rely on just this video, there is eye witness testimony, further video and photographic evidence, open source information that identifies the Russian units involved, and forensic evidence of the victims all conclusively identify Russian forces as those who committed the Bucha massacre.
Your effort to try to to obscure with junk deflection at best and to lay the blame for this on Ukrainian forces at worst shows how brainwashed into absolute ridiculous Kremlin propaganda narratives you really are.
You think because of your own personal definition of a word, the incorrect timeline you maintain despite video evidence showing you are wrong and your zero medical expertise opinion of how blood should look are more trustworthy and reliable evidence sources than the investigations with direct access to all the evidence that all say Russia is responsible.
