Only "At this point" ? Really ? Putin's always had a choice....he had a choice in Mariupol and other places over the course of his War on Ukraine....it didn't stop him then...what's different about 'At this point'...he's been at War in Ukraine for over a decade.....but do explain/elaborate.....amazing how all these examples of his handiwork look so much the same after visits by his demolition team....
And give us a break...this crud over excusing the horror of it by blame shifting again and pointing to Ukrainian 'diplomacy' is laughable.
