If say the US gave a Nuclear warhead to the Ukraine and the Ukraine wiped out the CBD of Moscow with it, would the US be responsible?
If the US supplies long range missiles to the Ukraine which the Ukraine uses to bomb Russian cities, is the US responsible?
If China supplies Russia with long range missiles and Russia uses them to bomb Ukrainian cities , is China responsible?
