yep ...punishment ....disincentive to repeat .....a really strong message that IT'S NOT ALRIGHT , if you are bigger and more powerful to invade and steal land
a really strong message that the world has moved past this old paradigm of conquest and warfare to a more civilisd future and that ultranationalism and the idea of "entitlement to rule " such as we see in russia are totally disallowed ......som reminiscent of the indoctrination of the German people by the nazis .
russia are just another nation .....not the overlords of the east as Lt would have them .
