    We all saw how appeasement turned out in the 1930's.

    Ukraine can finish the job, they just need to tools to do it. Putin has no room to escalate, no new forces, weapons, systems or tactics he can bring forward (besides nuclear) that will help change the situation of his failed war. Ukraine has the potential to greatly escalate if given the right tools.
