going back to that plane shot down

clearly supply (manufacture) by russia won't keep up with that rate of loss .....but I wonder if a bigger factor isn't the loss of trained pilots , and the effect on morale of those that remain

we keep seeing russ gliding bombs falling off or dropped "by accident " on russ ground ....... is that because some russ pilots are just too scared to fly too close to the front line now ??
