Straight after the Russian nuclear capability drill, the Ukrainians attack such a facility, because the only missiles Ukraine has, which this system is designed to detect and track are the US ATACMS. No use of using those, if the system with the operational range of 6000km is operational. The US was involved in this. I don’t have it in writing though.
