    Lol! Stuck in the gear again Andy. Serbia had nothing to do with whatever might have happened in another country. Why are you so fixated with something that is easily rebutted?


    This resolution is "not against Serbia, a valued member of this Organization. If at all, it is directed against perpetrators of the genocide," emphasized Antje Leendertse, the German Ambassador to the UN, during the presentation of the text.

    But on the overall charges brought by Bosnia, the Court ruled by 13 to 2 that Serbia had not committed genocide, nor had it conspired, through its organs or persons whose acts engage its responsibility under customary international law, in violation of its obligations under the Convention. It found by 11 votes to 4 that Serbia had not been complicit in genocide.
