    Lol! You are digging your hole of an incompetent propagandist even deeper Andy. The man you are referencing was accused of doing horrible things. He was accused of doing horrible things under an umbrella of CIA. So, he was allowed to do those horrible things without the CIA intervening to prevent him from doing those horrible things.
